Reduced Rate for Postgraduate Students

The conference has kindly offered reduced registration fee for postgraduate students (e.g., MA, MPhil, EdD and PhD) to encourage them to present their research findings at the International CALL Research Conference, whose goal is to promote research exchange/debates among international researchers and scholars, as well as to nurture students. The postgraduate students will be charged 1000 HKD less than the normal rate. A total of 20 quotas of reduced rate are set out for eligible applicants. The postgraduate students who would like to enjoy the reduced rate must apply for it.

The Conference Organising Committee will set up a task force to process the applications. The application will be processed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility and procedure of application

• The application will be open after notification of abstract acceptance.
• All postgraduate students with accepted abstracts can apply for the reduced rate.
• They must submit evidence to prove their current and valid postgraduate study status.
• They must complete the registration process by the end of early bird registration.
